2000 Biology Field Trip Between Wednesday 19th and Tuesday 25th April 2000, 36 of us were subjected to a week of total abstinence on the most south-westerly peninsula of Wales - Dale. Dale Fort - the Victorian ex-military establishment complete with its own unique recipe for what they called "bread" now transformed (allegedly) into a centre for field studies was our home for those seven long days.
